Time to reflect whilst on your holiday is an important element of your break from life and routine. Ideally you will have some fun, new experiences and make great memories. This is what I encourage you to do and at the same time take the opportunity of the mejma experience. I have created this very flexible programme to complement your time away although for some it will be the main focus of your stay.
TIME FOR REFLECTION is the core programme is based on 3 hour 1.5 hour sessions during your stay.
The first session is reflective when we explore your current thinking and feelings. The second session develops what your desired future may look like and what may be getting in the way. The third session identifies your goals and the pathway you need to follow and the stepping stones to your future happiness.
The fee for the core programme is £500.00 per individual/couple.
