We all want to improve our life, our happiness, wellbeing and contentment levels and there are many gurus and self-help books and programmes out there. Many are excellent resources but I believe that if you really are going to change your life you need a personal plan. The mejma plan is designed and built by you for you - something that is going to help you in your life.
Your personal mejma plan must be realistic and simple. I say simple because making something simple means that you understand it, no trickery, a clear view, just a realistic way forward to achieve whatever you want. It has to be easy to understand with a clear vision but getting to that point can in itself be very difficult and that is where most other programmes fall down.

What you need is Clarity.

I want to develop, with you, your mejma life plan that is easy to understand, ambitious maybe but always with a clear path to success and essentially a plan designed for you.
- The first thing to do is find out where you are right now.
- Then you need to find out what you want to achieve and where you want to go.
- Then you need to work out how to do it.
...... and along the way discover who you are and your real strengths.
This not as easy as it sounds and people of all ages and in all walks of life can find it a big challenge - but one worth achieving to enjoy the life that you want and deserve.
The mejma method I have developed allows you to build your own 'life' plan. The structure is flexible and where you may find some particular personal challenges we have a support team to help you. |

What Do I Really Want?
A question we are faced with time and time again and for so many a question too far.
But it need not be. Investing time and effort in your own happiness and wellbeing is critical - why miss out on a better life when you could be where you really want to be.
You have one life so give it your best shot.
To achieve what you really want I can help you through my coaching and support programmes:
